@google scrapes the ground in London

Google has announced plans to establish a new HQ adjacent to their existing location in King’s Cross, London, UK.

The new complex should house 7,000 Google staff in a 10-storey “landscraper” of around 650,000sqft.

Google replaced Architect AHMM with Thomas Heatherwick who has also designed the new London Bus and the Olympic Cauldron amongst other noted designs.
